Please Note: The Aircraft logbook must indicate that
the maintenance service technician has complied with the Safety
Directives (SD) issued above. Also if the aircraft is
retrofitted with an approved modification, the Field Retrofit
Authorization TD-FRA must accompany and be included with the
maintenance log books.
